My early career at The Menninger Clinic gave me the opportunity to work with individuals facing complex challenges, and that experience continues to shape my belief that lasting change is possible when you have the right support.

In therapy, I combine proven approaches like Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy with a compassionate, relational style. Together, we’ll not only build tools to help you manage stress but also address the deeper patterns that keep you stuck, so you can move forward with more confidence and freedom.

I’m a native Houstonian who enjoys walking the bayou trails with my dog, cheering for my favorite sports teams, and finding humor in the everyday moments of life. Therapy can be hard work, but it can also be a place where you feel lighter, more connected, and genuinely understood.
