The Motherhood Collective: Support, Share, Grow

  • The Flourishing Way 10210 Grogans Mill Road The Woodlands, TX, 77380 United States (map)

Where Real Talk Meets Real Support
Hosted by Hannah Smith, LPC-Associate

Motherhood is beautiful—but let’s be honest, it’s also messy, demanding, and often isolating. Whether you're a working mom juggling meetings and mealtimes, or a stay-at-home mom navigating tantrums and to-do lists, The Motherhood Collective was created with you in mind.

This therapist-led group offers a supportive, judgment-free space where moms can show up exactly as they are—exhausted, overwhelmed, uncertain, or just in need of connection. Together, we’ll explore the real experiences of motherhood, including:

  • The shifting identity that comes with raising others

  • The pressure of constant responsibility

  • The guilt that seems to come from every direction

  • The unspoken expectations no one talks about

You don’t have to carry it all alone.

This group is about more than sharing stories—it’s about reclaiming yours. It’s a place to reconnect with yourself, build meaningful relationships with other moms, and receive the support you deserve.

Come as you are. Leave feeling seen.

Hannah specializes in helping women manage anxiety, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with themselves. She works especially well with women and moms who are juggling a lot—the invisible load of motherhood, the expectations no one talks about, and the constant hum of anxiety beneath it all.

As a mom herself, Hannah understands firsthand how tender, exhausting, and transformative this season can be. She's in it with you—not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who gets the emotional complexity of motherhood from the inside out.

In her groups and individual work, Hannah helps clients understand what their anxiety is trying to tell them—and how to meet it with compassion instead of criticism. Her approach blends a calming presence with practical tools so you can feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more confident in how you move through the world.
