Everything you have experienced has been purposeful. It has brought you to where you are now. You have a collection of experiences to use as stepping stones to take you where you want to go.

Reaching out for therapy is a powerful act of courage, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. This is a space where you can lay things down and feel heard. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, the stress of life changes, the demands of motherhood, or the weight of burnout, my role is to walk with you with steadiness and care. Together, we’ll create space to breathe, reflect, and move toward the life you want with clarity and self-compassion.

Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I honor where you are while also inviting you to look at patterns that may be holding you back. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic work, and existential perspectives, always tailored to what fits best for you. I believe healing happens when you feel both supported and gently challenged in ways that open the door to growth.

Therapy is my second career, and I also juggle many other roles in life — including being a wife and mom to three daughters. When I’m not in the counseling office, I enjoy time outdoors, whether that’s jogging, taking long walks, playing tennis, or skiing. These parts of my life remind me of the importance of balance and help me bring curiosity, energy, and perspective into the therapy room.

I’m especially passionate about supporting clients through anxiety and depression, identity shifts, parenthood and maternal mental health, professional or caregiver burnout, and the search for meaning and authenticity. As an LPC-Associate, I bring compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the vulnerability it takes to begin this process. I work under the supervision of Jill Tucker, LPC-S, and remain committed to learning and growing in this field. My hope is that our time together offers you connection, peace, and a clearer sense of direction.

If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
