“Everything you have experienced has been purposeful. It has brought you to where you are now. You have a collection of experiences to use as stepping stones to take you where you want to go.

LPC-Associate

Reaching out for therapy is a powerful act of courage, and you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. This is a space where you can lay it all down and be truly heard. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, the stress of big life changes, the demands of motherhood, or the weight of burnout, my role is to walk alongside you with steadiness and care. Together, we’ll create space for you to breathe, reflect, and begin moving toward the life you want with clarity and self-compassion.
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I’ll honor where you are right now while also gently inviting you to look at patterns that might be holding you back. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, psychodynamic exploration, and existential perspectives, always tailored to what you need in the moment. I believe healing happens when you feel both supported and challenged in ways that open the door to growth.
I have a particular passion for helping clients navigate anxiety and depression, life transitions and identity shifts, motherhood and parental mental health, professional and caregiver burnout, and the search for meaning and authenticity.
As an LPC-Associate, I bring compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for the vulnerability it takes to be in therapy. I work under the supervision of Jill Tucker, LPC-S, and remain committed to learning and growing in this field. My hope is that our time together offers you a sense of connection, peace, and purpose as you move toward the life you desire.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be honored to join you on this journey toward greater connection, peace, and purpose.
