When it feels like life is spinning out of control, bring your focus back to yourself and what you can control.

You can control:

  • Your nightly routine

  • Your sleep schedule, when you go to bed and how much sleep you can get.

  • What you eat

  • Your friendships and which connection you choose to nourish.

  • What you consume through social media

  • Who you give your time to

  • Exercise, physical movement

  • The steps you take toward your goals and dreams

  • How you show up in small and big moments

  • Your emotions

  • Your response/texts/emails

  • The compassion we show ourselves and others

    Yes, there are a lot of circumstances we can't control. But creating the life we love doesn't start within those circumstances.

    It starts with us and how bravely we choose to show up for ourselves despite the circumstances.
