Confidence, Clarity & Connection for Raising Sex-Smart Kids
Led by Sevren Lab, LMFT, CST
Join us for a therapist-led workshop created for parents and caregivers who want to open communication with kids up to age 18.
Talking to little ones about bodies, changes they may experience, relationships, and growing up can feel a little uncomfortable. It might even be something you’ve been meaning to get to but haven’t quite known how or what the right thing to say is.
We want to create space to normalize those feelings and help you feel less alone and more confident about the approach you feel is best for your child.
This workshop is an opportunity to come together with a trained therapist and know you’re supported in these tricky conversations in a way that respects your pace, preferences, and values.
Sex-smart parenting can sound intimidating, but it’s designed to help you approach intimate topics feeling more grounded and ready as your child grows. That way, when moments pop up (and they will), you don’t have to worry about feeling caught off guard or uncomfortable, figuring out what to say.
Why This Workshop?
Confident parents help shape confident children.
Children have a natural curiosity as they grow, and it’s normal to expect questions about bodies, relationships, intimacy, and boundaries at various ages. It’s hard to predict when and where they may come up, and there’s no one “right” way to approach the conversation.
This workshop is about helping you be prepared with what feels best for you and your child, so you can be present and intentional in the moment with them, rather than pulling together language in a pinch. We’re never here to tell you what your beliefs should be or push a specific perspective, but instead to create a space where we can talk about it all and help you feel grounded in what works for your family.
We’ll offer guidance, language, and support around key topics like:
Talking about bodies, changes, and relationships in ways that feel comfortable
Ways to begin conversations before questions come up, if you choose to
Introducing ideas like boundaries, privacy, and respect in everyday moments
Responding to questions without feeling flustered or unsure
Navigating media and early exposure in a way that feels grounded and intentional
Keeping communication open over time, rather than relying on one big conversationWhat’s Included
A reflection journal to support self-discovery and confidence-building
A take-home kit with resources and tools to continue learning
A personalized parent recap email with insights and ways to support conversations at home
A certificate of completion to mark this meaningful experience

Sevren Lab, LMFT, CST
Sevren is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist who built this experience around her expertise in relationships, communication, and sexual health.
Her vibe is warm, engaging, and thoughtful, especially in her care for young minds who need that sense of comfort to ask questions, navigate insecurities about their bodies, and build a deeper sense of confidence in themselves.
This is a true work of the heart. A big part of what fueled Sevren around Camp Bloom was feeling like she wished she had access to this kind of guidance at a younger age, instead of having to piece it together on her own. That’s why you’ll find it’s truly a space where girls can feel supported, informed, and not left to figure it all out alone.
Sevren is deeply mindful of how personal values, beliefs, and family dynamics shape these conversations. Her role is not to tell children what to think, but to help them feel informed, steady, and supported as they grow.
