A therapeutic art group in The Woodlands, TX for teen girls to explore anxiety, self-esteem, and relationships through watercolor and conversation. No art experience needed.
Watercolor & Wellness is a creative therapy group designed just for teen girls who want a safe, supportive space to breathe, be real, and feel understood. Each session blends the calming art of watercolor with guided conversations about the emotional challenges of being a teen today — from friendship struggles and body image to anxiety, self-worth, and identity.
Together, we’ll use art as a tool for expression, connection, and healing. There’s no pressure to be “good” at painting — this is about showing up as you are, finding your voice, and letting your inner world come to life on the page. One brushstroke at a time, girls will grow in confidence, build emotional awareness, and feel less alone.
