High school comes with its own set of pressures. Academics, friendships, social dynamics, changing relationships, anxiety, identity, and figuring out who you are and where you fit can all feel like a lot to manage at once.
The Flourishing Way’s High School Girls Group is a supportive and engaging group for girls in grades 9–12 to connect with peers, build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate the challenges of adolescence.
Through conversation, yoga, mindfulness, movement, creative activities, and skill building, girls will explore topics such as:
• Managing stress, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions
• Building confidence and self-esteem
• Navigating friendships, relationships, and social pressures
• Practicing healthy communication and boundaries
• Developing a stronger sense of identity and self
• Learning coping and mindfulness skills they can use in everyday life
The group is designed to be a place where girls can show up as themselves, talk about what they are actually experiencing, and build meaningful connections with others who understand many of the same pressures.
They don’t have to have everything figured out, and they don’t have to figure it out alone.
